Design Request Form

Welcome to the DRF page. We provide graphic design / web design imagery for marketing in print, web and social media for BESCA related items. Please read through carefully and complete our 2 STEP form to complete request. 


DESIGN PROCESS
1. Submit form to request artwork. A lead time of two weeks is ideal.
Please fill out the form and UPLOAD all necessary content / text / images relative to the project. Make sure all text is exactly as you would like it to appear including initial casing and grammar. 

2. Approval of timeline
Your request and timeline will be reviewed and you will receive an approval to begin the design process.

3. Production
Design process begins. Reviews will be sent out. For efficiency purposes, we ask that you do your best to limit edits to three rounds AFTER concept has been approved. Initial concept rounds may allow more rounds.

4. Approval
Upon review, please approve final artwork for output (for press or web.)

Please provide dimensions for artwork in inches (print final trimmed) or pixels (for web). IE: 8.5"(Width)x 24" (Height) inches or 1280x780px.
FORMAT DELIVERY *
Pleas specify what format you will need the artwork in for either yourself or for print company.

STEP 2: UPLOAD FILES
