Family Fun Night
Booksin Spirit Court, Cafeteria & Field
May 17, 2019 5:00-8:00pm
Games & Prizes, Food Trucks, Popcorn & Cotton Candy, Cake Walk, Magic Show, Inflatable Slides and more
Family Fun Night is a Booksin tradition that the students look forward to every year. This end of year celebration takes place at Booksin, and offers carnival style games, music, a cake walk, magic show, food trucks, and more! Kids love to play games for prizes and walk the cake walk to try to win a sweet treat. Food trucks offer a variety of dinner options, and families can celebrate the end of the year together.
The food truck lineup this year includes: Los Jarochos Grill, Quick Dog, Akita Sushi, Tasty Bytes, Kona Ice, and Waffle Amore. Many of these vendors will be giving back 20% of their sales to Booksin.
Watch a performance by WG High Spirit Squad, check out booths from Engenius, Ycare, Steve and Kate camps, and the City of San José’s Walk n’ Roll Program, plus additional entertainment.
All of your favorites are back - your family won't want to miss this fun night.

What We Need
This is a big event, so if you plan to attend, please sign up for a volunteer spot. This event can't happen without many volunteers. Only one volunteer shift needed per family. Sign up now!
The cake walk is one of the most beloved events at the Family Fun Night. Think musical chairs, where the winner gets a dessert each time! Cookies, cakes, cupcakes and more! To do this, we need a LOT of desserts. Please deliver baked goods (homemade or store bought) to the Art Room (24) on Thursday, May 16 or Friday, May 17. Please do not bring goods that require refrigeration. For more information, contact Sharon Konigstein.
